Welcome to join ShopMaster!

ShopMaster is a one-stop sales management platform for multichannel sellers and dedicated to making your seller life more easier!

Let’s have a quick look about the functions on ShopMaster now.

Inventory

Your inventory is what you sell and how many you have it in stock. In ShopMaster, the term Product means each items in your inventory that you stock and sell. You can create a product, add a product, edit a product and create listing for a product within Inventory tab.

So, here we got the second term Inventory: the quantity of the Products you have in stock. You can adjust the quantity or other basic information of a product in Product Manager.

When we view the details of the Product, SKU will be a noticeable element. A stock keeping unit or SKU is the unique identifier or code assigned to each product. In ShopMaster, we will automatically generate one when creating a product. Every product in ShopMaster must have SKUs.

Listings
Listings refer to the items you are selling on channels. Your listings of each channel will be showed within Listing tab in ShopMaster.

Within Listing tab, there is also another convenient function Templates&Presets. You can preset some policies like Payment Policy, Return Policy et.c, to make listing more easier!

Linking
The connection between a listing and ShopMaster’s Product is called Linking. If you create a listing from ShopMaster, the listing will be automatically linked with a Product. But when you sync the listing from channels, you need to manually link the listing to a Product in ShopMaster.

The reason why we need linking is because ShopMaster will know how to adjust the quantity whenever an order is placed and no matter which channel this order from.

We will also launch more functions, look for it!
